The platform offers solutions for betting, monitoring and operational management of any betting company, and financial and analytical reporting.

Problem statement
The project was created from scratch. There was only a partnership with the services that supplied
the sport games statistics, which we had to into a product.
Goal
We must assemble MVP and shift that product to the testing. It was necessary to assemble
a minimum set of modules: admin panel, cash desks, web statistics for PC, and another type for TVs.
Actions
Planning process. Arrange meetings to bring the team on the same page. Identify user's and business
needs interviewing, developers, business managers, and support.
Design process
1. Appointing meeting with the team and gathering consideration constrains, propositions, and opportunities.
2. Make a shared understanding of the product's problems and planning the ways toward a solution.
3. Analysis of similar popular products (not direct competitive) that solved similar problems that we had.
4. We are grouping and prioritizing the key problem areas of the product.
5. Suggesting several solutions, ranging them by the complexity and effort.
8. Quickly and cheap sketching and make a low-fi storyboarding for feedback.
9. Designing the MVP product.
The admin panel design
One of my advantages is arranging a lot of dynamic information on the digital screens any resolution.
The whole product consisted of tables and a lot of data, both numeric and alphabetic. So I was in the
right place at the right time.
The admin panel provided opportunities such as cash register, cashier, and collector management,
as well as monitoring finances at the cash offices.
It is a powerful tool to monitor the process of betting on sporting events, especially during major sporting
events like the FIFA World Cup
The real design of the project was created almost 10 years ago, so its style had to be refreshed a little.
Dashboard
Transparency of the business situation, the system shows in real-time where and how cashiers work,
on what sporting events.
Sports betting tables
Reporting on bets that are active during sporting events that are canceled (for some reason) and
the bet wins \ lost accordingly financial win paid \ player left with nothing.
Cash desks
This page shows a quick overview of all the cash registers that belong to the company, brief information on what,
income status, and how long the cash register has been operating.

Outcomes
OIt was my first significant experience with a great product, two years of work on it taught me to be a team player, take criticism seriously, be able to explain my design decisions for both user and business.
